The standard Art Farm in the City party ($795 for ten children) lasts two hours and includes two party coordinators, an art project, music, pizza and juice boxes, paper goods, party favors, a gift for the birthday child and set up and clean up. The specialized theme parties, like the Tea Party, Hip Hop Party, Pirate Party, and Farm or Exotic Animal Parties include the above plus themed paper goods and cakes, some dress up, and, in the case of the Farm and Exotic Animals parties, a meet and greet with various creatures.

Add ons such as clowns, face painters, magicians and musicians are also available.

Additional guests can be accommodated for an extra $25 and up per child, depending on the party. For every six additional guests The Art Farm in the City includes a $40 surcharge; this provides another staff member.
