The Early Ear

Short Description:

The Early Ear, which recently celebrated its 14th birthday here in New York City, is a music program that also hosts birthday parties for the very young.

Long Description:

The Early Ear's one and a half hour parties are divided into three parts: the party starts with 20 minutes of greeting in The Early Ear studio, and is followed by 40 minutes of music. Led by a teacher and accompanist, everyone sings popular children's songs and kids play child-size guitars, violins and flutes. During the last half hour, the teacher and accompanist perform for the party guests, and food is served.

A total of 15 children can be accommodated at The Early Ear parties, and please reserve up to two weeks in advance in order to book your choice of teachers.
