The artistry project's founders/instructors Celeste Simonelli and Kathlyn Wilson are both New York State certified art teachers with experience at the elementary school level. At the Carroll Gardens venue, the birthday party package lets young artists choose from options such as In the Garden (tissue paper collage and watercolor), Under the Sea (stamps and printmaking) and My Robot (mixed media sculpture). The price includes all art materials, supplies, instruction and invitations. Parties last 90 minutes, and consist of a one hour project followed by 30 minutes for refreshments.
