There are two party options at the Aquarium: the Happy Hermit Crab Birthday, for 3 and 4 year olds, and the Designed for the Deep program for children aged 5-11.

The Happy Hermit option is an introduction to marine life, complete with a rhyming story, costumes, invertebrate handling and a craft. Up to 30 children can be accommodated, and parties are held from 10:30 am - 12:00 pm and from 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm. Prices are $350 for Wildlife Conservation Society members and $385 for non members.

The Designed for the Deep program features a craft, tour and live invertebrate handling, all led by an instructor. Parties are held from 10:30 am - 12:30 pm and from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm. For groups under 20, prices are $310 for Wildlife Conservation Society members and $340 for non members. For groups of up to 30, the cost is $420 for members and $460 for non members.
