Basketball and football are the popular sports here, and Fastbreak provide coaches for birthday parties in school gyms on the East and West Sides of Manhattan. The coaches, many of them local gym teachers, lead between 10 and 30 kids in skills, drills and games for a minimum of one hour. There is about one coach for every 10 kids.

Most of the gyms Fastbreak holds parties in have separate party rooms in which hosts can serve food.
