Glitzy Chicks Makeover and Spa parties cater to the dress-up instincts of so many girls. All parties include invitations, party favors and at least 3 Glitzy Chicks to apply makeup and body art, style hair (glitter and beads included), give manicures and lead the kids in dancing and karaoke. The Basic Bash, at two and a half hours, includes the above plus Glitzy Chick-led games, while the Spa Party, for teens, skips the games and substitutes a face cleansing and peel off mask before the dancing starts.

Boys are welcome, too: burgeoning metrosexuals get a clear manicure and body art.

Prices start at $379 for 13 girls, and each additional girl costs an extra $17. For boys, the fee is $8 each.

Add ons include personalized CDs ($6 each), pedicures ($3 each) and arts and crafts ($3 each).
